Make a Dedication

הַעְתִּ֙ירוּ֙ אֶל־יְהוָ֔ה וְרַ֕ב מִֽהְיֹ֛ת קֹלֹ֥ת אֱלֹהִ֖ים וּבָרָ֑ד וַאֲשַׁלְּחָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם וְלֹ֥א תֹסִפ֖וּן לַעֲמֹֽד׃
Plead with the LORD that there may be an end of God’s thunder and of hail. I will let you go; you need stay no longer.”
We are taught that thunder was created to cleanse wicked hearts and it was the thunder that frightened the Egyptians most.
As soon as it ceased, Pharaoh went back on his word.
