Exodus: Parshah Vayak'hel-Pekudei: How big was the Kiyor?
March 7, 2018

Did you know...?
Ch.38, vs.8
How big was the Kiyor?
He made the laver of copper and its stand of copper, from the mirrors of the women who performed tasks at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
The Kiyor was made exclusively out of the women’s copper mirrors.
There is no size given for the dimensions of the Kiyor.
This is because every single mirror was to be accepted for its construction regardless of how big the kiyor would be from the many mirrors
(Ibn Ezra, Rashi)
