Why did Avraham take Lot along with him?
Abram went forth as the LORD had commanded him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.
One of the reasons that Avraham took Lot along with him was because he had a prophecy that King David’s dynasty would come from him.
