Make a Dedication
February 3, 2019
Rabbi Eytan Yehudah Dzikowski
How was the gold donated, stored away?
And these are the gifts that you shall accept from them: gold, silver, and copper;
Hashem commanded that all the gold donations be stored in a large box.
In this way, no one would be able discern their gold from anyone else’s gold once it was melted.
As a result, everyone felt that they had an equal share in the Mishkan’s construction and jealousy was avoided.
