How were the planks of wood covered with gold without tools?
וַיָּבִ֤יאוּ אֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּן֙ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶת־הָאֹ֖הֶל וְאֶת־כָּל־כֵּלָ֑יו קְרָסָ֣יו קְרָשָׁ֔יו בריחו [בְּרִיחָ֖יו] וְעַמֻּדָ֥יו וַאֲדָנָֽיו׃
Then they brought the Tabernacle to Moses, with the Tent and all its furnishings: its clasps, its planks, its bars, its posts, and its sockets;
The planks of wood had to be covered with planks of gold.
However, since it was forbidden to use a hammer and nails in the construction of the Mishkan, a miracle occurred, and the gold and wood planks simply fused together.
