Command Aharon and his sons thus: This is the ritual of the burnt offering: The burnt offering itself shall remain where it is burned upon the Mizbeach all night until morning, while the fire on the Mizbeach is kept going on it.
“Solet/the fine flour,” would be divided for use in 12 unleavened loaves.
The word “zeh” alludes to the word “zeh” mentioned in association with the golden calf. (Shemot 32:24). It has a numerical value of 12, representing the 12 tribes.
This teaches us that although this mincha offering was inexpensive, it had the same value as all 12 tribes.
